I WANT A SONY ERICSSON S001 PHONE

I love Japanese shows -- animes, jdrama, j-pop, etc. That's when I noticed that hey, they seem to have phones that are unique and I don't think I've seen phones like they have before in our country. Then, I came along the Sony Ericsson website in Japan and saw this super nice, got-to-have phone that's only available in their country. My first thought? "Nanda kore? Doushite?!!"

That was my reaction when I just saw the pictures but I haven't known the specifications of this phone then. I read about it and found out that this phone is called Sony Ericsson S001. A cyber-shot handset with 8.1 megapixel camera that has auto-focus, smile shutter and flash. Wow.

It is a slider phone with a large 3.3-inch WVGA (480×800) AMOLED display ensuring bright and beautiful colors. Among its other features are 3G radio, bluetooth, GPS receiver and mobile TV, electronic payments, preinstalled navigation software and an internet browser. This phone is also designed to have a very fast internet connection speed though it doesn't have Wi-Fi. Certainly, knowing these features will just make you want it more.

Sony Ericsson S001 comes in three colors -- black, green and pink. I really want the pink phone but the green and black is OK with me, too. The design is very catchy. I love SE phones so much that I couldn't get myself to buy phones of other brands no matter how wonderful they seem. I always end up buying SE handsets. Looking at these pictures just makes me sad knowing that I couldn't buy this here.

Japanese folks are very lucky. Maybe if Sony Ericsson will sell this outside Japan, then, people from all around the world will be very happy with them.
