SAMSUNG "DIVA" PHONES S5150 OLIVIA AND S7070 UNMASKED

Hey there! I haven't blogged about new phones for a while now and just as I was looking at the recent news in the tech-y world, I found these quite fashion-o-lic phones manufactured by one of the world's best cellphone makers. For Samsung mobile fans out there, these 2 new additions to the Samsung family might catch your eye.

Recently, Samsung revealed two of its handset phones under the line "Diva", which are the Samsung S5150 Olivia and Samsung S7070. They are mid-ranged phones which are designed specially for the female gender. As of now, knowledge of the specs are limited since the phones are not yet officially announced but see if the following preliminary information appeals to you.

Samsung S5150 also known as "Olivia" is a clamshell phone with a small external display beneath the mirror-like body. This will show the current date, the time and the battery status. Opening the phone, you will find a 2.2-inch QVGA display. At the back of the phone is a 3-megapixel camera and it probably will include features like microSD card slot and music player. Connectivity features are still unknown.

Samsung S7070 on the other hand, is a smartphone with a touched up design and a new diamond center button. It sports a 5-megapixel camera, 3-inch WQVGA resistive touchscreen, Bluetooth, microSD card slot and FM Radio.These are all basic features but I guess we'll see more once this new creation is officially brought to the open.

Both the phones are expected to be out in the market first quarter of 2010.
