Its fair to be skeptical on Vodafone's Blackberry Storm sequel after the first release took a devastating review from die hard iPhone users which found the gadget as "shockingly bad". However, the manufacturers of the gadget is planning to release a more advanced version of the latter and have high hopes to turn the tide. RIM, the original makers of Blackberry, affiliates with UK's Vodafone in an effort to market the new Blackberry Storm 2. The new device will still utilize SurePress Technology, which I think was a bad choice since it requires users to use buttons instead of scrolling down using touchscreen. I mean seriously, the thing was suppose to be fully touch operated but I think its okay to use the same software as long as Blackberry Storm 2 won't accidentally send emails just because you have large fingers. Blackberry Storm 2 will be available in the market this week at a cheaper price against the iPhone. For willing customers, Vodafone will be including BlackBerry Storm 2 on its promotions for only £30 a month. |
