The first AT&T HSPA+ smartphone is set to arrive in a couple of weeks. The carrier has announced that the HTC Inspire 4G will hit online and company owned retail stores beginning Feb. 13. Subscribers can purchase this upcoming Android smartphone for $99.99 after a two-year agreement. The HTC Inspire 4G sports a premium, aluminum unibody design and runs on the Android 2.2 platform with the next-generation of the Sense user interface.
