AT&T has made major changes to its wireless offerings in response to Verizon's major alterations to its voice, texting and data plans. These new AT&T voice, texting and data plans will also be available beginning today, Jan. 18. Existing AT&T customers can change to any of the new plans without penalty or contract extension with the online account management tool at the carrier's website.
