IS AT&T THE WORST CELL PHONE CARRIER FOR 2011?

Which mobile phone carrier is the worst or best for this year? Well, here's an interesting survey result for folks who are looking for the company that provides the best cell phone service in the US.

The folks at Consumer Reports have released the result of their annual customer satisfaction survey for cell phone carrier'. The survey shows that AT&T was ranked the lowest among carriers that serve US consumers. This is the second year in a row that AT&T was ranked as the worst cell phone provider in the US. This study involved some 60,000 online subscribers with both standard and no-contract providers. Do you agree with the results of this survey?

It appears that AT&T subscribers have complaints with the company's service, customer support and value for money.

Interestingly, a minor service provider called Consumer Cellular topped this customer satisfaction survey. This MVNO offers a popular cell phone for seniors called the SVC phone. 

Verizon Wireless took the highest score among the four major U.S. national cell-phone standard service providers.
