The official BlackBerry Tour2 9650 release appears to be imminent. The folks at CrackBerry were able to catch an exciting statement from the official BlackBerry Facebook account. RIM teased Blackberry users with a message that simply stated "The BlackBerry Tour 9650 is coming! Check back soon for official news!." This intriguing post hints that the BlackBerry Tour2 9650 will be announced sometime in the near future even though it has been removed from the company's Facebook account. The message also suggests that RIM is planning to officially name the device as Tour 9650 instead of Tour2. This upcoming smartphone is expected to feature major enhancements including a trackpad, a more powerful processor and WiFi connectivity. The BlackBerry Tour2 9650 for Verizon was spotted in Cellebrite, a system used for transferring contacts from one phone to another, about a week ago. |
