The first smartphone to run on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) might be land in October. A new report from Korean-language Electronic Times indicates that the Google Nexus Prime will be launched in October. Google’s third-generation “Nexus Prime” smartphone is rumored to feature a 4.5 inch Super-Amoled-HD features 1280x720 pixels with Pentile technology. This handset is expected to be the first handset to ship with Android 4.0 “Ice Cream Sandwich” and may sport a 1.5GHz processor.
