SPRINT INTRODUCES THE SAMSUNG INTREPID WINDOWS MOBILE SMARTPHONE

Sprint has decided to jump into the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 bonanza by announcing a new smartphone from Samsung. The new Samsung Intrepid features a portrait design with a a 2.5-inch, 320x240 touchscreen and a full QWERTY keyboard. Windows Mobile fans can purchase this upcoming Sprint phone starting on October 11 for $150 after rebates with new agreement. The Samsung Intrepid also offers EVDO Rev. A data, 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording, support for mircoSD cards up to 32GB, stereo Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. This new WinMo phone also provides access to the Marketplace for Windows Mobile, Bing search client, and Microsoft's TellMe as well as the My Phone services.
