SPRINT OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCES THE HTC HERO ANDROID SMARTPHONE

Android will finally land on the Now Network next month. Sprint has introduced the HTC Hero Android phone as the latest addition to its smartphone line-up. This upcoming Sprint phone will be available for sale starting October 11 for $180 after rebates with new agreement. Subscribers interested in purchasing this handset are required to commit to Sprint's Simply Everything plan. This announcement came after the device was exposedby the carrier's developer site. This exciting Google Android device features a 3.2-inch touchscreen with multitouch and HTC's customized Sense user interface. Other features include a 5 megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, accelerometer, visual voicemail, support for 32GB microSD cards, GPS, and integration with Google services Pre-registration is now available for those eager to stake claim to the Sprint HTC Hero.
