UPCOMING T-MOBILE CELL PHONES FOR 2011

 

 

Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon Wireless have major plans for 2011 but T-Mobile is preparing to compete with an impressive mobile phone line-up for this year. T-Mobile intends to release more smartphones for its steadily growing HSPA+ 4G network and the carrier has been an avid supporter of Android smartphones. A few Windows Phone 7 smartphones might also find their way to the T-Mobile cell phone line-up. Let's look at some of the upcoming T-Mobile mobile phones for 2011.

HTC Radar 4G: This version of the Radar recently surfaced with the carrier's logo. This Windows phone 7 powered smartphone is expected to offer a HSPA+, a 3.7 inch WVGA display, a 1GHz single-core processor, Wi-Fi, GPS, Netflix, a VGA front-facing camera,8GB of on-board memory, and a 5MP rear camera.

 

LG DoublePlay:  This unusual-looking phone sports a split QWERTY keyboard and dual capacitive touch screens (a 3.5-inch main display and 2.0-inch sub display). The Doubleplay also provides a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recorder.

 Samsung Exhibit II 4G: This phone is expected to be launched in November with a price of around $99. The Exhibit II 4G is believed to be a version of the Galaxy W. Leaks indicate that it will feature a 3.7-inch touchscreen, a 1.4 GHz single-core processor, and a 5 MP camera.

 

T-Mobile myTouch: This handset is rumored to be released on November 2nd. The expected features for this handset include a  3.8-inch display, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a 1GHz Qualcomm processor, a 5-megapixel camera, a 1,500 mAh battery, and support for the carrier’s HSPA+ network. 

 

 T-Mobile myTouch Q: This smartphone is rumored to offer a side slider design with a 3.5-inch display and a full QWERTY keyboard. Other features for this phone include Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a 1GHz Qualcomm processor, a 5-megapixel camera, a 1,500 mAh battery, and support for the carrier’s HSPA+ network.
