VERIZON WIRELESS ANNOUNCES THE SAMSUNG FASCINATE

 

The Samsung Galaxy S will be available on all major wireless carriers as Verizon has announced its own version. The Samsung Galaxy S has been launched at AT&T as the Captivate; at Sprint as the Epic 4G; at T-Mobile as the Vibrant and this time on Verizon as the Fascinate. The Samsung Fascinate for Verizon Wireless features a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, Android 2.1 and a five megapixel camera with 720p video recording.

  • Corporate Email – Supports Android Eclair Exchange ActiveSync e-mail

  • 2GB internal memory expandable to 32GB, 16GB microSD included with handset
  • Verizon's branded services, including the V Cast Music with Rhapsody store, V Cast Video, VZ Navigator and Visual Voice Mail

Pricing and launch date for this upcoming Android smartphone is still a mystery.
