1.5 MILLION T-MOBILE G1 PRE-ORDERS!

Here's some good news for Google Android supporters. According to the Androidcommunity.com, the G1 has proven to be a big hit as T-Mobile has sold 1.5 million pre-orders for the T-mobile G1 Android phone. The huge demand for the G1 has surpassed T-Mobile's expectation. The carrier attempted to compensate by tripling the number of T-mobile G1 handsets for existing subscribers, but that additional supply has also been sold out. These numbers are impressive considering users who pre-ordered the T-mobile G1have never seen or touched this particular Android phone. Customers interested in the first Android phone can still pre-order the device through the Oct. 22 launch date.
