We are an independent on-line channel designed to provide an intuitive, informative and educational experience for people who:
1) Have a phone and want to learn how to better use it.
2) Want a new handset and need help selecting one best suited to meet their needs.
3) Want the latest mobile news, reviews, how-tos and editorial content.
Wireless technologies are quickly changing the way we work and live. Unfortunately, many people fail to take advantage of the capabilities offered by these technologies. Why invest in a Garmin GPS system, when all you need is the Google Navigation loaded on a handset (free)? Most people simply aren't aware that these devices provide often free solutions to many problems we encounter daily.
Existing online resources available to consumers are either overly sales-oriented - force feeding you with a "crazy Eddie" approach to selling you a product regardless of whether you need it or are overly technical and lack broad appeal. 611Connect is our attempt to bridge this gap.
In addition to helping individuals become better consumers of wireless products and services, we believe our platform is uniquely designed to improve the customer acquisition process for wireless carriers. Better informed individuals make better choices which result in longer-term customer relationships for and therefore higher lifetime values for carriers.
We are led by an experienced team with expertise in wireless, marketing and technology.
We are based in Reston, VA. For more information, please contact us here.
