ASUS WORKING ON A LOW COST SMARTPHONE CALLED EEE PHONE

Here's an interesting bit of Smartphone news. Jonney Shih, the head of Asus, revealed in in a New York Times interview that the company is working on an affordable Smartphone called the Eee Phone. Shih also mentioned that the Eee Phone may act as an interactive control for Asus' innovative screens and gadgets. Rumors indicate that the Asus Eee Phone will run on the Android OS since Google's OS has zero licensing fees. Via: Gizmodo
