BLACKBERRY APP WORLD IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!

 

As predicted, the BlackBerry App World has launched on the first day of April. All BlackBerry devices with track balls, including Pearls, Curves, Flips, Bolds, and 8800 series phones may now download the several hundred applications that are available at RIM's official app store.

The Blackberry apps offered in this store are either free, or $2.99 or above. RIM Smartphone users need to have a PayPal account to pay for BlackBerry apps. BlackBerry users in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K can now access RIM's official app store.
