With WES 2009 a little over a week away more info about BlackBerry OS 5.0 keeps coming our way. AJAX formats and in browser video streaming will be supported, calendar entries can now be forwarded and calendar attachments downloaded, maps now load two times faster and zoom in and scrolling occur almost instantly, new cities and countries have been added to maps, and in messages the date header remains stationary at the top. Many updates will include those features already included in the Storm. In addition, the Storm will receive the highly anticipated full QWERTY keyboard in portrait mode. More updates to ensue as soon as WES 2009 kicks off on May 5th. Stay tuned. |
