HTC HERO COMING TO SPRINT IN OCTOBER?

T-Mobile expressed no interest in carrying the HTC Hero but it appears that the sexy Android based-smartphone will enter the US market via another carrier. According to a "senior member" forum poster on the xda-developers forums, Sprint would be releasing the HTC Hero on October 11th. The source of this information has been making this claim as far back as April and has supplied a pic as proof (see above). The pic also lists release dates for several upcoming Sprint phones including the "Samsung Q (Android)," BlackBerry Aries and the LG LX610 / Lotus 2. This remains as a rumor but you can rely on us to report any debunking or confirmation of this exciting information.
