IPHONE 3G S TO BE EQUIPPED WITH 256MB OF RAM AND 600MHZ CPU

Apple introduced the iPhone 3G S as the most powerful and fastest handset that they have ever made. This claim was supported by the iPhone 3G S processor specs. Apparently, T-Mobile Netherlands listed that the iPhone 3GS will be powered by a 600MHz CPU with a 256MB of RAM. The first generation iPhone and the 3G were equipped with a 128MB and 412MHz CPU. The upcoming iPhone 3GS will also be equipped with a PowerVR SGX graphics chip that supports OpenGL ES 2.0. This AT&T exclusive phone will be available starting on June 19.
