This information originated from a source familiar with Apple's plans. The source of this info also reports that Apple decided to launch the Apps Store to match the time when the 3G iPhone becomes available in foreign markets in earlier time zones. However, there was no confirmation on whether the firmware version 2.0 will become available to original iPhone owners at the same time, which would allow them to access the Apps store. |
