IPHONE TO BE NON-EXLUSIVE IN 2010?

The web has has been buzzing with the news that a research analyst with Piper Jaffrey, Gene Munster, has predicted that Apple will finally break its exclusivity with ATT and offer the iPhone across multiple US wireless carriers.  It certainly wouldn't be a surprise if Verizon was one of those carriers.  While Apple certainly will not substantiate this claim, it offers hope for iPhone users who are desperate to ditch AT&T Wireless.  It will be interesting to see if Apple will offer one of the first LTE handsents on Verizon's new 4G GSM network scheduled for launch in early 2010 or, instead, release a 3G CDMA variant.
