IPHONE FOR VERIZON IN 2010?

We reported about the rumors of a possible LTE iPhone for Verizon a few weeks ago. Well, the rumors on a possible iPhone for Verizon are still heating up. According to the folks at USA today, "high-level" discussions between the Apple and the Verizon occurred a few months ago to discuss the possible development of a CDMA iPhone for Verizon to be launched in 2010. People "familiar with the situation" reported that the talks of an iPhone for Verizon began when Steve Jobs was still running the day-to-day show out in Cupertino. However, the negotiations of a possible iPhone for Verizon has continued even though Jobs is on medical leave until June. If these rumors an true then Verizon Wireless subscribers will be able to get their hands on the coveted Apple iPhone next year. [Via: Gizmodo] |
