AT LAST! 3G IPHONE!

 

Here's the news that iPhone fans have been waiting to hear. Apple has finally decided to unwrap the 3G iPhone after a several months of rumors and leaks. Customers will be able to get their hands on the much awaited 3G iPhone on July 11. With a contract, the 8GB will be offered at $199 while the white 16GB version will goe for $299. Steve Job's 3G iPhone unveiling at his keynote speech at WWDC 2008 did not disappoint Apple iPhone fans. The next generation device offers 3G, work with enterprises, and run 3rd party applications. Apple claims that the new iPhone offers 3G speeds with pageloads that are 36% faster than the Nokia N95 and Palm Treo 750. The next generation iPhone can last up to 300 hours of standby, 8-10 hours of 2G talk, 5 hours of 3G talk, 7 hours of video and 24 hours of audio. The new device from Apple uses A-GPS and WiFi data to supplements regular satellite GPS data with info from cellular towers.
