Here's an interesting update for Motorola's upcoming Android phone. The pricing information and specs for Motorola's Social Networking Android Smartphone has been confirmed by the folks at BusinessWeek.com. Motorola's Android based Smartphone will be offered for around $150 with a contract and is expected to be released in the second half of 2009. The Android Smartphone will feature a large touchscreen like the Apple iPhone and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Motorola's Social Networking Android Smartphone is also expected to be more advanced than the first Android Smartphone, the T-Mobile G1. Sources also indicated that Motorola has been showing the spec sheets and images of the upcoming Android Smartphone to various mobile phone service providers.
