MOTOROLA EVOKE QA4 NOW AVAILABLE AT CRICKET WIRELESS

youtube was working fine the first two months I had cricket evoke and now its quit working and I been calling; going to stores no one has been able to help me I need help

I have had nothing but problems with this phone. I HATE it!!! I disliked it right after I purchased it. I bought the most exspensive phone Cricket had thinking it would be the best but I was TOTALLY wrong. It freezes up ALL the time, it takes me forever to hang it up sometimes, I always have to delete my recent calls so it wont call someone, ohh and when i wanna delete a recent call I have to delete EVERY single one. I also hate it because I cant send pics normally in a text to other phones, my email wont work right, and when I just start dialling a number half the time it wont work and I have to push the back button and type it over and over again. I mean really it takes me forever to dial one number. I have never been so frustrated over a phone. I mean this is a $300 phone. My husband bought the $80 phone thats like a blackberry and it works a million times better. Well I went into a cricket store like a week after purchasing the phone to see what to do and they will only take it back if you talked less than 30 min. Come on I spend longer time on the phone with the cricket customer service than 39 min. Thats just not reasonable. Ohh and they want me to drive 45 min to a Cricket store that can work on the phones. 45 min out of my day driving there in a crazy busy town that I NEVER drive in because the traffic is so bad and then when I called they were talking about the Insurance I had on the phone. Im not about to spend $50 more on a phone that I have had a week and already hate to get another one that will more than likely be just as bad. Ohh well they also gave me the option over the phone to go into a store and trade it for another one. I just spend $300 on this phone why would I trade it for a phone that cost alot less and not get the difference back. I tell you it has takin alot for me not to just walk back into the store and chunk it at them. DONT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!

Please tell me what you did for ur e-mail to work.... i have tried everything... it sending but it says 0 received/0 sent. i am using yahoo mail.
please help.

i had this evoke phone for a couple weeks now and haven't had any luck setting up with picasa and youtube is there anything out there that knows how or something i go through cricket so please email back as soon as possible im startin to get irriated with it.

I also have an Evoke and have all the same problems the youtube doesn't work and theres an extra 15 dollar charge cuz the internet. Im very dissapointed.

i cant not figure out how to set up my eamil on this evoke phone i just got it a week ago and stil have not bbeen able to do anything to it i have a gmail account and everything else under the sun but none of them seem to work i still have 0 read and 0 sent i try and send out email using other peoples emails but it will not go through please help

i got the evoke for fathers day. i have had so many problems trying to set it up through cricket. nobody there can help me. i finally got my e-mail and picasa working but i can not play you tube videos yet. i have called cricket and taken my phone to a service center and they told me they do not even have trouble shooting software yet. i guess this phone has GPS on it but that isn't working either.
