NEW BLACKBERRY STORM OS UPDATE RELEASED!

The highly anticipated BlackBerry Storm OS update has finally arrived. RIM and Verizon has released the BlackBerry Storm OS, 4.7.0.148 last Sunday, May 31st. Verizon Wireless explained that this OS update is a “general maintenance release that improves the overall user experience.”

Another BlackBerry Storm OS update version was earlier reported as delayed due to failure in passing tests. Fortunately,   it appears that 4.7.0.148 has proven to be worthy of release to the general public. However, some observers have commented that the release of this BlackBerry Storm OS update may be a last-ditch effort to keep Verizon Wireless subscribers from switching to Sprint's exciting Palm Pre smartphone.
