THE NEW LG GC990 LOUVRE WITH 12 MP CAMERA

Another 12 MP camera phone has been introduced to the market. LG has unveiled its newest flagship phone called the GC990 Louvre, which features a 12.1 megapixel camera Schneider-Kreuznach lens, touch-focus capabilities, xenon flash, ISO 3200 sensitivity, and the ability to record 720p video at 30 fps.

The LG GC990 Louvre also offers impressive non-camera related specs including a 3.2-inch 16:9 touchscreen display, S-Class UI, Wi-Fi, aGPS, DNLA, TV-out, Bluetooth, XviD and DivX playback.

The new LG GC990 Louvre is expected to replace the GC900 camera phone later this year.

The Samsung Pixon12 and the Sony Ericsson Satio are the only other 12 MP camera phones in the market. Rumors suggest that Nokia will release its own 12 MP camera phone in late 2009.
