NOKIA 3720 LEAKED: FIRST WATER AND DUST PROOF PHONE

Finally, a phone that can stand to be thrown around a little. Or dropped in the water. Or tossed into a dusty drawer. The upcoming Nokia 3720 is supposedly splash, shock, and dust-resistant, boasting IP54 certification. Currently still carrying around the "unnanounced phone" status, (although rumors are swirling around September), this candybar is supposedly built quite similarly to other Nokia phones, and will be on the lower-end of the scale. The 3720 will also be equipped with a 2.2 inch QVGA screen, 3.2 megapixel camera, MP3 player, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0 and memory card expansion.

It has been quite some time since Nokia released their last dust and water resistant phone, the Nokia 5500 Sport, which, back then, ran on Symbian OS. This doesn't seem to be the case with the entry-level 3720; from the picture, it seems that it is in fact an S40 device. The rest of the information about Nokia 3720 is limited - it will most likely be available in September in T-Mobile stores among others.
