NOKIA RELEASES 3 NEW MIDRANGE HANDSETS

Here's some great news for Nokia fans. Nokia has just released three new mid-range handsets. The newly launched 6600 Fold, 6600 Slide and 3600 Slide from Nokia are quad-band GSM/EDGE handsets that will be available in the third quarter of this year. All three Nokia mobile phones run the Series 40 platform and sport an FM radio, slots for microSD cards and Bluetooth.
The Nokia 6600 Fold creates a single contour when opened and cool double-tapping feature. A couple of taps on the 6600 Fold's front panel surface will open a hidden display that reveals information such as message alerts. Closing the hidden display and silencing the alerts or rejecting calls can be achieved by tapping the front panel twice. The Nokia 6600 Fold features a 2 megapixel camera, dual-band WCDMA and the ability to shoot VGA videos. The Nokia 6600 Slide is one of phone maker's smallest sliders and also offers the double-tapping feature. It sports a 3.2 megapixels camera with a 2 LED flash. The Nokia 6600 also comes preloaded with Nokia Maps, and has a 2.2 inch QVGA display. The Nokia 3600 Slide offers a blend of colors, materials and tactile finishes. It also offers a full range of features such as background noise cancellation, Opera Mini browser and a TV out jack. The Nokia 3600 Slide sports a high quality, and auto focus equipped, 3.2 megapixel camera with flash.
