PALM PRE RELEASE DATE: TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MAY 19?

It appears that the official Sprint Palm Pre release date will be announced soon. According to the folks at BGR, a " very proven tipster" has revealed that Palm and Sprint will make a big announcement in the Wall Street Journal on May 19th. It's likely that the announcement will involve the official Sprint Palm Pre release date. Images of the Palm Pre retail box has also been leaked recently indicating that preparations for a release is underway. The images indicate that a Palm Pre pouch will be included among the usual assortment of gadgets found in a box. Check out these Palm Pre retail box images:
