PANTECH AND AT&T ANNOUNCES THE MATRIX PRO SMARTPHONE

The successor of the Pantech Matrix has become official. AT&T in coordination with Pantech has launched the Matrix Pro Smartphone for $179.99 after rebate and with contract. The new Pantech Matrix Pro Smartphone features a sleek dual-sliding form factor with a full QWERTY keyboard and gleaming mirror finish. This new AT&T Smartphone runs on a Windows Mobile 6.1 OS and upgrades from dual-band to tri-band 3G radios for global 3G roaming. The new Pantech Matrix Pro Smartphone for AT&T offers a 2 megapixel camera, built-in GPS with AT&T Navigator, threaded SMS, video sharing, video calling, stereo Bluetooth and microSDHC support.
