SAMSUNG LAUNCHES 4 NEW PHONES FOR EUROPE: S7600, C5510, M2510 AND M2310

These phones are the Samsung S6700, the Samsung C5510, the Samsung M2510, and the Samsung M2310. These four phones range from sliders to ones that specialize in music, and are meant to appeal to a wide range of customers. The first of the new phones, the S6700, is a quad-band GSM slider phone with dual-based UMTS support. It features a 2.4-inch QVGA display, 3 megapixel camera, GPS funtionality, a micrsoSD expansion slot and bluetooth support. It also has 120MB of internal memory which is expandable by up to 16GB.
The second phone to be released by Samsung is the C5510, another slider phone that includes quad-band GSM support. It also had EDGE, as well as 900/2100MHz UMTS 3G support. The C5510 also features a 2.2-inch TFT display, and bluetooth. The phone also comes equipped with a 2-megapixel camera with a microSD memory expansion slot. As an added touch, the phone also features FM radio support.
Samsung's third phone is the M2510, a slider device equipped with an FM radio with RDS and a 3.5 audio jack. Like the others phones, the M2510 ia also equipped with a microSD slot, bluetooth, and a 1.3 megapixel camera. It supports a 2.2 inch TFT QCIF display, and comes with DNSe audio enhancement technology. It is also available in pink.
The last of the four phones is Samsung's M2310, a music-oriented clamshell phone with a 2-inch QVGA (120 x 160 pixels) main display, VGA camera, and bluetooth support. It also features a 3.5 mm audio jack and microSD expansion. The internal memory of the M2310only 9MB but the microSD card slot can handle up to 8GB cards. As of right now there is no information on the availability or the pricing of these four new phones. When they will be available in North America is also still unknown. |
