SKYPE FOR IPHONE APP NOW AVAILABLE!

We informed you yesterday of Skype's plan to provide an iPhone app of its popular VOIP service. The sucessful VOIP service provider has made good on its promise as the Skype for iPhone app is now available in the US Apple App Store.

The Skype for iPhone app is free to download but requires Wi-Fi connection when making calls. Users can make cheap calls to landlines or send/receive instant messages with the help of the new Skype for iPhone app. This new mobile VOIP application also allows users to route calls placed to their personal number to their Skype account.
