Sprint's bad coverage
I just left Sprint after just 2.5 weeks. Their site that says I live in an excellent coverage zone was misleading at least as far as I'm concerned. I loved the plan simply everything. The problem was that I had to leave home to find a zone that would work for me and I live in Central Chicago zip 60657. I tried customer service to see if within the Sprint phone family they had a model that was stronger at picking up the signal and customer service suggested I try a different model. That I could have decided for myself before spending an hour on the phone to get this brilliant piece of advice. I guess if they continue down this path our choices will be easier, less companies to choose from. If anyone has the answer to this please post, thanks.
