Here's some great news for loyal Sprint subscribers. According to SprintConnection. KansasCity.com, the latest consumer care survey by Pali Research ranks Sprint at the top, ahead of rivals AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. The customer care survey conducted by Pali measured the rate of response made by major wireless companies to customer calls. Previous surveys done over the past couple of years showed Sprint lagging behind its rivals when it comes to customer care. However, the latest survey indicated that Sprint demonstrated a lot of improvement by answering 91 percent of customer calls in 30 seconds or less.
