SPRINT PALM PRE NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE

It appears that that Sprint’s Palm Pre inventory has reached a supply-demand stabilization point as the carrier is now offering the webOS device online. Consumes can now order the Palm Pre via the Sprint website for $199 after $100 mail in rebate and a 2 year contract.

Concerns of over shortages and high-demand has limited the sale of the Palm Pre to retail stores. Recent unconfirmed reports say that sales have dropped and stabilized around 22,000 - 25,000 units a week from a high of 140,000 during launch week.
