T-MOBILE G1 UPGRADE NOT AVAILABLE FOR BUSINESS USERS

I went online to try to pre-order my G1 and I was denied! You can't order the Android in the stores or over the phone, only online. My Android G1 upgrade was rejected and denied! I was shocked - I've been a customer for five years with T-mobile and this is what I get online when I try to order:
Our records show that your account type is not eligible to upgrade
online. Please contact Customer Care at 1 (877) 453 1304 to upgrade your phone. Apparently I am not able to upgrade to this phone because I am a business customer. Unbelievable! I have writtenT-mobile business care businesscare@t-mobilesupport.com... let's see what they say.
