T-MOBILE INTRODUCES THE SAMSUNG COMEBACK AND GRAVITY 2

T-Mobile has announced two message-centric phones from Samsung.

The Samsung Comeback is a messaging phone that features a unique design with two displays, numeric keypad, and a sideways flip that reveals a full QWERTY keyboard. Other features for this handset include 3G, MP3 player, e-mail, IM, video messaging, 2MP camera and MicroSDHC card support (up to 16GB). This new T-Mobile messaging phone will be available starting July 22 for $130 after rebate with a two-year service agreement. The Samsung Comeback will be offered in two colors (frost silver cherry and pearl white plum).

The Samsung Gravity 2 is also a messaging phone but sports a more conventional sideways slider design with a full QWERTY keyboard. Key features include 3G, a 2MP camera, MP3 player and MicroSDHC card support. This second generation phone is smaller than the original Samsung Gravity and is expected to be available some time in August. The price for the Samsung Gravity 2 is still unknown.
