T-MOBILE TO LAUNCH BLACKBERRY DRIFTWOOD/ONYX IN SEPTEMBER

A BlackBerry smartphone with 3G support might hit T-Mobile USA in September. According to the folks at Boy Genius Report, two independent sources have reported that T-Mobile will be offering a 3G-enabled BlackBerry handset in September. The BlackBerry Driftwood or Onyx will look similar to the 8900 and may be launched as part of the 96XX-series. The 3G-enabled BlackBerry Driftwood or Onyx is expected to be offered at $199 with a 2-yr agreement. Here is a summary of the specs and features of the BlackBerry Driftwood/Onyx:
