TOSHIBA UNVEILS THE SUPER THIN TG01 TOUCHSCREEN SMARTPHONE

Another iPhone alternative surfaced when Toshiba unveiled the TG01, a 9.9mm thick touchscreen Smartphone equipped with a blazing fast Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset that runs at 1GHz. The Toshiba TG01 sports a 4.1 inch WVGA resistive touchscreen with an on-screen trackpad. This upcoming Touchscreen Smartphone will run on a Windows Mobile 6.1, improved with Toshiba’s own Tosh 3D interface. Other features offered by the Toshiba TG01 include HSDPA, aGPS, G-sensor, microSDHC support, DivX support and possibly a camera (resolution still unknown). Toshiba is expected to reveal more information on the Toshiba TG01 Touchscreen Smartphone at MWC 2009. Here are more images of the Toshiba TG01:
