TURNAROUND AT SPRINT?

While their notoriously bad customer service has dramatically improved since Hesse arrived, it seems Sprint still has a ways to go. At 611Connect, we certainly believe Sprint desperately needs their own game changing handset, like the iPhone or the new T-Mobile G1 Android phone. Sprint should move aggressively to offer it's own Android phone. Otherwise, a mediocre handset lineup certainly isn't going to convince consumers to switch over to Sprint. Anyhow, despite our frustrations with the company, we certainly hope Sprint can make a comeback. More competition is best for consumers and cell phone aficionados alike. |
