BACKGROUND APPS WON'T RUN ON IPHONE 3.0?

Yet another rumor has emerged regarding the background application support in the iPhone 3.0.  With the current devices RAM at 128MB Apple will definitly have to limit what applications run in the background.  Even with the reported jump to 256MB RAM, Apple still doesn't leave much room for background app support.  A couple options rumored to be in the works are 1. Apple will let users select only two applications they can leave running in the background and 2. Apple will choose which applications can run in the background and approve or deny such apps capability when developers submit to the App store.  We have yet to know which if any of these options become adopted, but will keep all updated as more information rolls in.
