The phone, which was previously referred to as the Dell Mini31 and Mini 3ix, is an Android-based full touchscreen phone that was launched in China last August. Dell is now formally introducing it to the rest of the world, and reveals that it will be made available in China, Brazil, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the US as well. China and Brazil will be the first two countries to get the phone, and the US will be the last, with an estimated wait time of approximately one year. The Dell Mini 3 features 3.5-inch 640×360 LCD 262K color touchscreen, 3-megapixel AF camera with flash, 30fps video recording, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR support, A-GPS, Microsoft Exchange support, microSD card slot for additional storage, and runs on Android. Prices have not yet been revealed, but Dell does mentioned that the Mini 3 will be available in the US via AT&T and Verizon sometime next year.
