Two upcoming Motorola Google phones have been revealed a couple of days before the manufacturer's big Android event. The XML handsets profiles of the Motorola MB200 and M300 have been revealed before the big day. Both of these upcoming Android phones will sport a Qualcomm MSM 7200A processor, likely clocked at 528MHz, a 320×480 pixel touchscreen display and GSM/WCDMA radios. The MB300 features 5 megapixel camera and is suspected to be the Calgary or a GSM variant of the Motorola Sholes. On the other hand, the MB200 might be the Motorola Morrison.
