MAEMO-POWERED NOKIA N900 IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER

Good News! The first Maemo powered phone, the Nokia N900 is now available for pre-order. The phone will be sold for $649 "unlocked." It seems expensive, but it is "the first" Maemo handset from Nokia. The new Nokia N900 sports a 3.50 inch WVGA touchscreen, slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a 5 megapixel camera with auto focus, dual LED flash, digital zoom and video capture. Other features include HSPA, ARM Cortex-A8 CPU, OpenGL ES 2.0, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth and 32 GB of built-in memory.
