Navigate to the applications folder.2
Video Camera Preview

Press the menu button to change video options. Turn on the light for low light conditions. Change video resolution for a small or large file. Choose the videos destination. Save options.4
Now press the record button to begin capturing video.5
Press pause to stop recording. The video will automatically save in your chosen destination. Once recording has stopped, several options will appear for the user. To e-mail to friends, press mail and complete the required fields.
Tips & Warnings
- The storm has a video light for recording in low light conditions.
- High resolution is the "normal" recording mode in your video options.
- Records in 3GP
- Highest resolution is 320x240
- Zoom using volume up/down rocker
- Has an MMS video recording mode to record videos small enough to send via MMS
- Has Black & White or Sepia record modes
- Video camera application will drain your battery...remember to close the application when not in use.
- DO NOT press the right convenience key to begin recording video. This will only take you to the still image capturing screen. You must press the on screen record button.

Is your firmware (PHone operating System) up to date? Generally the first thing the carrier or the OEM will tell you to do is to update your firmware.

umm, might not be the answer youre looking for but i just use the Desktop manager, click the vid on the bottom on the BB and copy up then send it on the pc.
