This how to will help you get started using Skyfire Mobile Browser. This browser is like computer web browsing in the palm of your hand, with the capability of supporting Flash, Silverlight, AJAX, and Javascript sites. Skyfire is available for certain Windows Mobile and S60 devices. |

Start Page
On the Skyfire start page you can begin browsing by entering a URL in the top superbar powered by Google. You can also customize your start page by adding your Twitter, Facebook, or RSS feed accounts.

If you create a Skyfire account you can login and your bookmarks and cookies will always be saved no matter what phone you use to access Skyfire. Select the bookmarks or history tabs to view these.

Zoom
Double tap the screen to zoom in to that area. You can select the Zoom - button or left softkey to zoom out.

Zoom
If the automatic zoom isn't zooming in to the level you would like, tap the plus/minus icon in the top right corner to reveal the custom zoom buttons and refine the zoom level

Skyfire Toolbar
The leftmost button collapses and expands the toolbar. The button to the right of that is the back button. Next is the URL/search bar, by tapping the magnifying glass Skyfire will initiate a search of your terms. The home icon returns you to the start page. And the plus/minus icon opens the zoom in/out short keys

Skyfire Menu
The menu button or right softkey allows you to display the URL bar, take you to the start page, Open the Navigation sub menu which allows you to go back/forward, home, or to the browsing history. Open the Actions sub menu which allows you to save images, turn off volume, or save bookmarks. Open the share sub menu which allows you to share a link with a friend via SMS. Edit settings, see help, or exit the browser.

Customize
You can also Customize RSS feeds by clicking customize, or filter feeds by clicking filter on the start page. You can also update your Facebook or Twitter status by clicking update status.

When you click customize you will then see four tabs Social, News, Media, and my feeds. Here is where you can activate your feeds to be viewed or not on the start page.

Today Screen with Skyfire search bar
You can add a search bar to your Windows Mobile Today Screen; search/URL results will display in the Skyfire browser. Add to the Today Screen by Start>Settings>Personal>Today>Items select Skyfire and OK

Save an image by tapping and holding your stylus or finger on the image, and when the menu pops up select save image as, and save to desired destination.

You can also view the mobile version of a site; if it has one 'mobile version' will display in the top left of your browser.
