- iPhone

Open settings on your iPhone, should be the icon with gears on it.2
Navigate to the general menu3
In the general menu you will see a reset button, press the reset button.4
A warning message will appear notifying you that you are about to erase all phone data. Tap the erase all content and settings. 5
Depending how much data you had on your device this process can take up to a couple hours.
Tips & Warnings
- Make sure you backup data you want to save, once erased it cannot be recovered.
