The truth is that even though the Blackberry is a great phone when it comes to synchronization it is a piece of garbage. It is shocking that at this age and time RIM provides such a crapy synchronization process. This should be a 1, 2, 3 thing but instead it frustrates its users. I will continue to research how to synchronize this device. Great! I now have to do RIM's work and nobody is paying me for it!!

All sync is fine from Outlook exported ASCII (CSV) file and BB. But It did not include the email address fields email address 1,2 & 3. On the Map field screen, I do not see the fields on either side.
Please help.

I syncronized fine with the Outlook but the PIN field doesn't show. Is there a way that field would show?
