Turn your phone on by pressing the power button. While in the programming mode the [OK] key is used to save, the left soft key to [Exit] without saving and the right soft key [Back] to return to the previous step. Data entry in any NAM parameter field shall automatically replace existing data.2
Enter ##626* or ##NAM* for NAM Programming. 3
You will be prompted to - ENTER SUBSIDY CODE (FTSKL). 4
Enter 333333 or press 3 six times .* 5
MDN (Mobile Directory Number) 6
MIN (Mobile Identification Number) 7
CDMA Home SID8
Press the power button to exit. 9
Your phone will reset.
*If the four time use limit has been reached, the user shall be prompted to enter the SPC - Service Programming Code (random value). Correct entry of the SPC shall reset the four time use counter and provide access to the NAM programming menu.
